1 cawan serbuk koko<br />
· 1 cawan gula pasir<br />
· 1 cawan susu cair<br />

· 11/2 cawan tepung gandum<br />
· 1 sudu teh bikarbonat<br />
· 1 sudu teh baking powder<br />
· 1 sudu teh esen vanilla<br />

Cara-cara<br />
1. Masak Bahan A dalam periuk sampai sebati. Api kecil. Sejukkan.<br />
2. Pukul telur sampai betul2 kembang.kemudian masukkan bahagian A.<br />
3. Masuk esen vanilla. Pukul sampai sebati.<br />
4. Masuk bahagian B sedikit demi sedikit. kacau sebati<br />
5. Masukkan adunan dalam loyang dan ikat dengan beg plastik. Boleh juga pakai kertas foil.<br />
6. kukus selama 1 jam 10 minit dengan api yang sederhana.Jangan buka penutup kukus sampai cukup masa<br />
7. kalau rajin boleh letak topping.<br />

5:30 AM - Bangun pagi, mamai-mamai, tgk phone ad msg cik Shasha, "jgn lupa kejut ak kul 4am"<br />
Haha..lawak. reply msg dia, rupanya cik Shasha and the geng dah kt airport. Yg ak plak bru nk bgun.<br />
Cpt2 mandi, <br />

6:00 AM - Gerak pergi airport.<br />
<br />
6:50 AM - Flight tiba<br />
<br />
8:00 AM - ak dh smpai..aik knapa dorg x smpai2 lagi ni..rupanya flight dorg kul 8AM from KLIA2..ces! tggu la terkebil2 menahan mata yg mngantuk. haha<br />
<br />
9:00 AM - cik Shasha and the geng tiba. Decide nak naik bus, tp bnyak kna tukar2 plak. So kami decide naik teksi. Satu teksi tambang RM78. Ok la tu kn. xde la mahal pun.<br />
Perjalanan mngambil masa 45 minutes jg la. Abes smua gosip n story kami potpet2.<br />
Yang paling lawak pcik teksi tu tnya, org kedah ke smua ni.? eh xdok la, sy ore sini jah. Ore pasir mas. 2 ore blake tu jah ore utara.<br />
Driver: owh ingtkn ore kedoh tadi mugo kecek hg2.<br />
Cik Memey: kalu sy kecek klate gak, tengango la duo ore blake tu. haha.<br />

10:30 AM: kami pun tiba di Jetty Kuala Besut. Stop mkn cz perut dh nyanyi lagu dangdut bagai. kan kami dtg amek pakej Shari La resort. So dh include boat sama la. Naik boat mcm naik kuda. Tapi best!<br />

11:15 AM: kami tiba di jetty Perhentian Kecil. Lepak2 tepi pntai smentra dpt check in. Chek in kt sini kul 3:00PM...argh...hitam jap dok berjemur kt bawah matahari yg cntik sgt2 smbil di tiupkan sang angin.<br />
<br />
2:00 PM: kami pun p kaunter tnya bilik dh siap belum..nasib baik dh siap. So kami masuk bilik, solat n rehat jap. Ptg tu kami bertukar...tukar pakaian. Cz nak main air. haha..*kanak2 betul*<br />
<br />
8:00 PM: Kua mkn kt Ewan cafe. Makanan kt sni hrga dia standard korg mkn kt the Fish Manhantan. Nasi2 goreng dlm RM8 above. So, far ok la. Almaklomlah Pulau kn. haha<br />

10:30 PM: Penat nya jalan..Smpai je bilik, ak terus OFF mata ak. Yg lain plak, still blh main kad2 lagi. haha.<br />

8:00 AM: Breakfast ( Yg ni include dlm pakej )<br />

10:00 AM: Snorkeling time,boat dh smpai. Apa lagi, kami masuk air lagi..n lagi..smpai penat. Pakej yg kami pilih ni snorkeling ad 5 check point..ad la kawasan yg coral cntik, shark point, turtle, kwsan ad ikan2...smua la. Yang penting Subhanallah, indah sungguh alam laut okey!<br />
<br />
1:30 PM: stop lunch kt fisherman village. Harga kt sni pun lebih kurang je kt Ewan cafe, mgkin murah seringgit dua je kot. haha<br />
<br />
4:30 PM: dh abes snorkeling time for today. Ap yg blh ak rasa sungguh n sungguh penat x tipu nya. haha. But the most important thing, 1st check point, masuk je kpala dlm air..what can i say..subhanallah cntiknya ciptaan Allah SWT. dengan kejernihan air yg kaler biru hijau, ikan2 yg kalerful, coral yg cntik, gamat, ikan pari..etc...WOW!<br />

5:00 PM: Masuk bilik mandi2 solat tukar pakaian. Abes lebam2 bdn. Haha..ganas sgt main air pun. huhu<br />
<br />
6:00 PM: Kua bilik tgk sunset. Then jalan2 ke Long Beach. Mak ai..dh bdn dh sakit snorkeling. Kena jln lagi 15 minutes melalui hutan2 belntara..eh..xde la hutan sgt pun. ad je jln. hehe.<br />
Smpai sna..ok, not bad. View still nice. But xde active n meriah lagi la coz ptg lagi kn. lau mlm tu, mgkin la meriah.<br />

8:00 PM: ok, dh abes cuci mata kt Long Beach, kami decide utk balik dinner kt Ewan cafe again. Coz makanan kt sini, so far ok la. Tekak ak ni blh telan. That's mean sodap ler yer. Haha<br />

10:00 PM: balik tdoq. Penat sgt sgt n sgt.<br />

7:30 AM: Breakfast time.....mkn n lepak n cuci mata.<br />

10:30 AM: masuk bilik kemas2 nk kelik klate doh. haha<br />

12:00 PM: boat dh smpai. Naik boat slama 45 minutes.<br />

12.45 PM: sampai jetty besut. n naik van (rm20/person) (1 van - 9 org)<br />

2:00 PM: google2 n search.. check in at Suria Hotel, sebelah stesen bas KB tu jer.. RM70/night . Kebetulan dorg buat promosi kn. haha. Akhirnya ak jdi pelancong kt negeri sndiri. haha<br />

4:00 PM: siap2 kua mkn n bersiar2 kawasan stempat. Tmpt ni dkt ngn parkson, mydin, the store, pasar..etc,,Walaupun ak asal klate tp ak x pnah smpai ke pasar siti khadijah.. Bangga menyatakan di sini, ak dh smpai..yey!. *gila* haha<br />

4 biji telur (Diasingkan putih dan kuningnya)<br />
beberapa titik esen vanila<br />

<b>Cara-cara:-</b><br />
1) Koyakkan cheese dan masakkan bersama susu dan butter. Api perlahan je tau.<br />
2) Sejukkan bhn yg di masak tadi<br />
3) Telur putih dan gula di pukul smpai jadi gebu. bila kita tuang keluar, ia x jatuh.<br />
4) Pukul kuning telur dan gaul bersama bhn yg di masak tdi+tepung+esen<br />
5) Akhir sekali, gaul dgn telur putih yg dh di pukul smpai meringue<br />
6) Panaskan oven, then bakar. Suhu n masa korg agak2 la yer. Ak bakar dlm 45-60min, suhu dlm 125 darjah<br />

Rasa: gler2 rasa cheese. masukkan dlm peti ais..not bad~yummy<br />
Owh, lupa, kalau hokkaido yg mcm kita mkn kt king tu, dia just masukkan kt dlm kek tu vanilla creame je :)<br />

○ satukan telur dan butter & pukul sebati sampai kembang<br />
○ tambahkan esen vanilla & gula halus tadi , pukul lagi<br />
○ masukkan baking powder, ayak@tapis dulu takut berketul , pukul2 lagi<br />
○ masukkan nestle cornflakes yang dah dikisar halus, umtuk dapatkan tekstur crunchy gitu.<br />
○ ayak tepung gandum dan tepung jagung, masukkan sedikit2 dan uli sampai adunan sebati.sampai doh tu x melekat di tangan dah.<br />
wat kuih,biskut ke selalu by hand je, xcercise sikit hehe, kalau nak cepat guna jer mixer k.<br />

macam biasa sebelum semua ni korang kena sapukan tray dengan butter siap2 atau guna kertas minyak. panaskan oven dulu k.<br />
○ sekarang korang buat bulat kecil ikut saiz yg koang nak, masukkan badam 1biji dan korang bentukkan kemas2 ok.<br />
○ susun cantik2 atas tray dan bakar pada suhu 190-20minit.<br />
sejukkan kuih yang dah siap tadi, bila dah sejuk susun siap2 dalam paper cup.<br />
○ potong kecik2 coklat masakan dan tambahkan 1 sudu butter atau minyak untuk kilatkan.kemudian cairkan coklat guna kaedar doubleboiler.<br />
○ sudukan@paipkan atau celup kuih tadi dengan coklat cantik2..jangan comot ok.lepastu taburkan badan kisar atas nya...ewah dah macam renjis2 org kawen huhu.biar dorang berehat sampai coklat tu keras dan x melekit.simpan dalam balang. tadaaaa dapat 2 balang..<br />
